  18. I am trying to use MSK 3.14 to make TCP/IP connection from Windows for 
  19. Workgroups 3.11. I've tried to follow the installation instruction given in 
  20. the network setup documentation but when trying to make the TCP/IP connection, 
  21. the PC hanged for a while before throwing me out straight to DOS.
